Thank you for shopping at Talha Outlet. We aim to provide you with a seamless and reliable shopping experience. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Express Shipping (if applicable): Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation message once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience, Talha Outlet offers Cash on Delivery (COD). Please ensure that the correct amount is ready at the time of delivery to avoid any delays or returns.

5. Damages

Talha Outlet is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) and provide photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can process a replacement for you.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Talha Outlet is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
