Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging, including all tags, stickers, and protective films.
  • For watches, the protective plastic wrap on the dial and bracelet must not have been removed.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that show signs of wear, usage, or physical damage (scratches, resizing of bracelets, etc.).
  • Any item not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless they are defective).

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved: Your refund will be processed, and the credit will be sent to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash) within 7-10 working days.
  • Shipping Charges: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please contact our support team. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure the package reaches us safely.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. In these cases, Talha Outlet will provide a full replacement or refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
